| Description | The project consists of power washing, surface preparation, and exterior painting. Removal and disposal of all debris shall become the property of the Contractor for their disposal off-site in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances. All work to be completed is on the front and the sides of the building, both ground floor and second level, including the cupola. The aluminum sided portion in the back, on the ground level, is to remain as is. Term of Contract: The term of the Contract shall commence upon award by the Cape May County Board of Commissioners on or about JULY 11th, 2023. and expire upon project completion and closeout pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15(9). The deadline for questions is FRIDAY, JUNE 9th, 2023 @ 12:00 P.M., NOON. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. |
