Description

The project area includes the ravine area within Pope Farm Conservancy with construction access from Black Hawk Road. In general, the work consists of grading the eroded portions of the eastern slope of the ravine, installing fencing, erosion control, restoration of the work area, and other associated miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. This work is to be completed this fall. Alternate bid items for additional landscaping within the ravine to be completed in spring of 2022.
