Davis Trail Wood Deck/Rail Repair Project

Perform the construction, repair and other related services necessary for the required carpentry work for the wood deck cover on the two main wood decks overlooking the falls/gorge/tunnels and the stone ledge platform rail/fall guard replacement repairs on the lower stone ledge davis trail decking structure. Remove and replace all wood decking on the two main deck areas excluding the walkways and replace with 3"X6" PT deck boards alternating starting fastening locations from original joint location to maximize existing joist life. Sister new 2"X12" PT to first and last joist for most secure fastening of new deck board Surface. Refasten/replace deck rails as needed as per your assessment as needed for deck railing to meet all regulatory requirements. Rebuild/replace some 75' of lower stone rail/guard to prevent rail guard failure across front ledge facing falls and some 50 feet up trail into ledge.
