Description

Project consists of Phase 1 of a (2) phase project. Phase 1 consists of the construction of a 1.4-acre community park. Construction includes all site demolition, site grading, irrigation, concrete work, play equipment, structures and landscaping. Construction of the town water source required for irrigation is not a part of the project. Connection and Tie into Phase 2 (community center Building and related site work including all parking) will be included within phase 2 and thus is not a a part of this project.
