District 3A Step Area 3A-N

Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the construction of approximately 3,250 feet of eight-inch gravity sanitary sewer main, 15 maintenance access structures, one pump station, 1,300 feet of six-inch force main to the existing Stirling Road force main, one air release valve and structure, and associated service lines and cleanouts. Furthermore, the scope of work in this project involves milling of pavement, restoration of the roadways, and landscaping. The work also includes renovations to a monument sign including but not limited to the lighting, lettering, and additional landscape.
