Description Project consists of the following major work items: Construction of an 8-ft concrete sidewalk complete with ADA compliant wheelchair ramps, storm sewer culvert replacement of variable sizes, partial storm sewer trunk line, inlets & manholes, and roadside ditch grading. The project will include installation of ornamental light standards with associated power drops, underground conduit & pull boxes. Additionally, Asphalt milling & overlay of Collins Road from Clay Street to Preston will also be performed. There will also be installation of a 10-ft wide pedestrian crossing with concrete pavers across Collins at Maiden Lane. The construction activities will require implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Traffic Control Plan
