Description

North Summit Special Recreation District Outdoor Sports Complex and Summit County Fairgrounds Multipurpose Field Summit County is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Management/General Contractors (CM/GC) to help facilitate the completion of the design, construction, and construction oversight of the North Summit Special Recreation District (NSSRD) Outdoor Sports Complex at Beacon Hill in Coalville, Utah, and a multipurpose field at the Summit County Fairgrounds located at 202 Park Road, Coalville, Utah. The NSSRD and Summit County are under contract with the lead design team, of blu line designs, who will assist the NSSRD and Summit County in selecting the CM/GC. The RFP is part of a competitive procurement process that helps to serve the best interests of the Owner and its citizens. It also provide each Respondent with a fair opportunity for its service to be considered. Contract Commencement June 2022 Project Commencement June 2022 The right to reject any or all proposals is reserved.
