JSE Access Control System

Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13) This is a non-personnel services contract to install Hirsch Access Control Systems (Must show proof of authorization as Hirsch Dealer/Reseller) in the upcoming new JSE Building 1040, Edwards Air Force Base, California and JSE Building 1733, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: • Provide and install listed bill of material (BOM). • Provide all material submittals. • Provide wire and wiring installation. • Provide programming of Alarm System. • Perform pre-testing and final testing. • Provide operation and maintenance manuals (O&M). This service shall include the installation of equipment and wiring for a complete “Turnkey” access control system. The system will be provided with scramble pad entry readers and card swipe entry readers, to include 220 door devices, located at each door the customer has identified. Each reader will be routed to an individual control zone located on its associated control panel. Each door provided with an access control reader will be monitored for door position and egress. This system will also have readers provided at the facility entry gates and be integrated into a control console to allow remote entry to the gates. This system will be provided with the latest Velocity Access Control Software Suite installed on server grade equipment to provide reliability and functionality. One workstation will be provided for the system to be located at the operator’s desk. All equipment in the facility will be FICAM ready and be installed so that the upgrade to FICAM will be a software addition and programing addition only.
