Design Build- Services for Surfside Park North Beach Restroom and Parking Facility

Design/Build services for a turnkey solution which includes all required administration, design, permitting, construction, testing and commissioning efforts to construct a new elevated bathroom, associated parking lot and public park amenities for Surfside Park located in North Beach City of Corpus Christi, Texas. The design build Project at North Beach is an improvement project for Surfside Park. The Project includes the design of a raised restroom facility to be relocated from the current restroom location. In addition, traffic flow and parking layout are to be redesigned relocated and constructed. As part of the overall project, there will be a new community recreation area and picnicking areas integrated into the site and some drainage improvements.
