| Description | The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Facilities is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified and capable firms to provide labor, material, supplies, technical expertise, equipment, transportation, permits, licenses, and qualified supervision, to conduct the following work: Full Roof Replacement, Roof Restoration, Roof Safety Improvements, Bi-annual Roof Inspections (one visual and one infrared per year), Lightning Protection Inspections/Repairs, Safety Anchorage Inspections, Roof Access Improvements, Construction Drawings (e.g. new drawings for Full Roof Replacement, As-Builts for new/repair work), Scheduled Maintenance, and Unscheduled Repairs on all the roofs at the NIH campus. All work is expected to be performed at the Research Triangle Park, NC campus. |
