Some equipment (data collectors, repeaters, and mounting hardware) is being acquired and furnished to the installation contractor by the Henderson Water Utility. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE/WITHDRAWAL: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner.
