Description

The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for constructing a two-way separated bikeway on Delaware Avenue from Orchard Road to Library Ave. Associated roadway construction will include but not limited to the pavement reconstruction of the College Ave. intersection, PCC pavement reconstruction between S. Chapel Street and Tyre Ave. PCC pavement removal and replaced with HMA between Tyre Ave and Library Avenue. New signal placement at the signalized intersections with the addition of separate bike signals. Sidewalk reconstruction and lighting improvements
