Corona High School Theatre Lighting System Project

The purpose of this solicitation is to hire a single Contractor to complete the Corona High School Theatre Lighting System project. Bid shall be awarded to the lowest overall responsive bidder. Contractor will be required to complete the replacement of the lighting system in the theater at Corona High School. Questions Due Date: Feb 28th 2023, 4:00 PM PST The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, complete replacement of existing theatrical and house lighting fixtures to LED fixtures. Specifically, there will be a combination of 3 LED theatrical fixtures, warm white zoom ellipsoidal with barndoors, RGBAW zoom pars, and RGBW strip lights. Coverage should be overlapping in all areas of the stage. House lighting fixtures will include 50 watt warm white LED pendants over the audience area and 30 watt warm white recessed fixtures above walkways in the auditorium. Existing dimming circuits shall be converted as necessary to provide necessary power requirements, and new wall mounted control stations will be installed to create preset lighting memories for instant recall without the use of the existing theatrical lighting console. This project will commence as soon as its board approved. The estimated number of working hours for completion is forty (40) hours.
