Scope of Work: GMP #2 Interior Renovations and Plumbing, scope includes demolition, interior finishes, flooring, plumbing and other related work for the Lamar CISD Terry High School and George Junior High facility. Also, demolition, miscellaneous demolitions, masonry, interior storefronts, doors and hardware, new flooring throughout JH campus, finishes, new sanitary sewers, new domestic water piping. Terry High School: A. New water lines and water fountains. George Junior High School: a. Remove wall in Ag Shop. b. Renovate choir. c. Renovate all flooring. d. Replace casework e. Replace exterior doors in athletic area f. Replace VCT in cafeteria with porcelain tile g. Upgrade LED lighting h. Replace sanitary lines in kitchen and boys' locker room. i. Replace Roof j. Replace Serving Line Doors. Scope of Work: Terry High School: a. Rekey interior building B. Replace roof; metal roof; repair leaks in auditorium c. Upgrade HVAC system d. Add lights in library e. Upgrade electrical distribution F. Orchestra Addition George Junior High School: a. Upgrade LED Lighting b. Football field upgrades c. Orchestra Addition d. remove tennis courts; add parking, site fencing and signage
