2021 SACWSD Wastewater System Rehabilitation

The project generally consists of rehabilitating deteriorated 8-inch sanitary sewer mains with a cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner and appurtenances for the South Adams County Water and Sanitation District in Commerce City, Adams County, Colorado. The project is located on several different streets in the same general area, generally bound by E. 69th Avenue on the north, Olive Street to the west, E. 62nd Avenue on the south, and Quebec Street on the east. The project consists of installing approximately 20,600 lineal feet of 8-inch CIPP, removing and replacing 10 sewer main cleanouts with new manholes, removing and replacing 31 manhole ring and covers, completing 7 point repairs to the existing sewer main prior to CIPP lining, and rehabilitation of 67 existing sewer manholes with a spray applied lining system.
