JOC for Water and Wastewater Maintenance Services

Scope of Work: 1. Applying protective coatings on wastewater process equipment, structural support members, piping, tanks, motors, mechanical equipment, manholes, lift station wet wells and accessory items throughout the Town of Gilbert wastewater infrastructure 2. Providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals required to make necessary surface repairs and preparation in order to apply protective coating systems 3. Ensuring proper surface preparation and coating of all existing exterior items and surfaces throughout the project areas. 4. Preparation of surfaces and application of coatings according to the City of Phoenix Guide Specifications, 09900-Painting and 15050-Piping Systems 5. Meeting City of Phoenix Supplement to MAG 626 corrosion Coating of Sanitary Sewer Manholes 6. Working within confined spaces in conformance with OSHA, local laws and standards 7. Apply protective coatings on water production and process equipment, such as pumps, motors, piping, water storage tanks and all other related process equipment. 8. Must be familiar with NSF/ANSI standards required for the coatings and the processes used for the prepping and coating applications on potable water systems.
