Construction of The Water, Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Facilities and Paving and Appurtenances to Serve Bridgeland Creekland Village Drive Phase 2

For the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to the Water, Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Facilities & Paving and Appurtenancesto Serve Brigeland Creekland Village Drive Ph II Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 6,670 LF 4-inch through 8 - inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 2,473 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system 3. Approx. 3,850 LF of 18-inch through 42-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 4,000 LF 4-12" non-potable water line and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 14,335 SY of 8-inch Subgrade Preparation; 6. Approx. 13,460 SY of 7-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement; 7. Approx. 75 SY of 7-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement with "Holland Stone" Interlocking Pavers; ETC. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract.
