2020 Construction of Pickle Ball Courts at Nelson Avenue

Base Bid - The work under this contract includes the following: Construction of nine (9) Pickle Ball Courts utilizing the existing asphalt surface currently in place to expand six (6) existing courts to a new total of nine (9). The work includes 1400 square yards of milling 0 to 2 inches; installation of 610 SY of 6 inch DGA and 610 SY of 4 inch stabilized base course paving; 330 tons of 2 1/2 inch thickness top course asphalt paving, 572 linear feet of 8 FT high black vinyl chain link fence; 172 linear feet of 4 FT black vinyl chain link fence; three (3) pickle ball court portable nets and two (2) basketball nets and installation of eight (8) six (6) foot by fifty (50) foot wind screens. 2020 Construction of Pickle Ball Courts at Nelson Avenue Alternate Bid 1 - The work under this contract includes the in crease in cost per court to furnish and install permanent nets for three (3) courts in lieu of the portable nets in the Base Bid. 2020 Construction of Pickle Ball Courts at Nelson Avenue AL TERNATE BID 2 - The work under this contract includes the in crease in cost per panel to furnish and install sixty nine (69) six (6) foot wide by eight (8) foot high acoustic fence panels for soundproofing of the courts in lieu of the Wind Screens in the Base Bid.
