Description	To perform city street rights-of-way tree assessment / inventory surveys. The Contractor shall assess and inventory all hardwood trees with a diameter at breast height (DBH) of six (6) inches or greater located in the City’s rights-of-way. Palms and any species of tree with a diameter less than six (6) inches DBH are not to be assessed or inventoried.
