425 linear feet of 6" and 12" PVC storm sewer pipe, 196 linear feet of 8" PVC drain tile, two storm manholes, 224 square yards remove and dispose of existing concrete, 309 square yards concrete surfacing/valley gutter, 104 square feet concrete sidewalk, 200 square yards remove and salvage existing gravel surfacing, 110 ton place owner-furnished gravel base course, 731 square yards place topsoil, seed, fertilize and mulch, and all related appurtenances to the aforementioned work. 35 linear feet of 12" PVC storm sewer pipe, 249 linear feet of 12" PVC drain tile, one storm manhole, three storm inlets, 102 square yards concrete surfacing, fillets and approach pavement, 34 square feet concrete sidewalk, 673 linear feet curb and gutter, 892 square yards remove and salvage existing gravel surfacing, 760 ton place owner-furnished gravel base course, 1,375 square yards geotextile fabric, 368 cubic yards street excavation, pavement striping, 701 square yards place topsoil, seed, fertilize and mulch, and all related appurtenances to the aforementioned work. The approximate quantities mentioned above are subject to increase or decrease. It will be agreed by bidders that all quantities of work will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the plans and specifications and at the unit price bid. Pursuant to State Law, a copy of the bidder's sales and use tax license and a copy of the bidder's excise tax license as issued by the State of South Dakota must accompany the bid. In lieu of a copy of the license, the bidder shall submit appropriate evidence that the bidder and all affiliates have the appropriate licenses. Bids may be held by the Hutchinson County Commissioners for a period of not more than thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, investigating the qualifications of the bidders and completing financial arrangements prior to awarding the Work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding and make awards to the Owner's best interest.
