Removal and Disposal of Bulk Material Type 13 Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above. All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from Purchasing Agent. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq. The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Township to do so.
