The City of Asheville is requesting the submission of qualified contractors to provide HVAC system (emergency) repair services and Preventive Maintenance for locations within Asheville, NC. The City of Asheville requires the assistance of a contractor to perform HVAC system repair services on a work order basis, this is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract proposal not to exceed $30,000. The Preventive Maintenance needs will also be on a work order basis, this is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract proposal not to exceed $30,000. Preventative Maintenance is to be performed in accordance with industry/ manufacturing requirements.
