| Description | The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals from qualified General Contractors for the Clarke Central High School Roof Replacement and Masonry Repair project located at 350 South Milledge Ave. Athens, GA 30605. As of August 17, 2023, construction began June 1, 2023, and completion is expected Fall 2023. This project will consist of approximately 36,000 square feet of roof replacement and 2500 square feet of masonry repair. The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Proposal and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities. |
