Agoura Hills Calabasas Community Center Roof Repair

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** There has been visible interior evidence of rain infiltration of the Agoura Hills Calabasas Community Center located at 27040 Malibu Hills Road, Calabasas, CA. This project shall consist of the removal of the existing flat roofs and standing seam metal barrel roofs, including water proof membrane and flashing to the structural decking, inspection of existing roof substrates (i.e., plywood, rigid insulation, metal pan decking, etc.), remove and repair damaged substrates as required, and installation of new flat roof and barrel roof, including waterproof membrane and all flashings. Interested and qualified contractors may submit a proposal. The PROPOSAL shall include all costs for labor, materials, tools, permits, licenses, and equipment necessary for the completion of repairs to the facility. All questions relevant to this Project are to be submitted in writing to the above listed address, fax, or e-mail: egreen@cityofcalabasas.com End of Question/Answer Period August 19, 2022 The award of contract shall obligate the bidder whose proposal is accepted to furnish a performance bond, payment bond and maintenance bond, as well as evidence of insurance and to execute the contract as provided by the City on behalf of the Authority together with the Notice of Award of Contract. Per Labor Code 1777.5, Contractor shall comply with the statutory requirements relating to the employment of apprentices, including payment of prevailing wages for required pre-employment training or testing. The City of Calabasas, on behalf of the Authority, reserves the right to reject any and all PROPOSALS, or to waive any informality, technical defect, or clerical error in any PROPOSAL. The City, on behalf of the Authority, reserves the right to request additional information from any or all RESPONDERS, and negotiate deviations to the PROPOSAL with the selected Contractor.
