Description

Project Development Services - Road 1 HMA Overlay, Preventive Maintenance on US 24 in Newton Co.; and 1 HMA Overlay, Preventive Maintenance on SR 119 in Pulaski Co. The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Hydraulic Analysis, Utility Coordination, Design Plans and Construction Phase Services. Tree Clearing is anticipated on project des 2100240. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, if these work-types become necessary. INDOT will perform any Land Acquisition services that may be required. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
