Description

The SRTS project is being constructed to provide an ADA compliant route for students and pedestrians to get to and from school. It involves construction of 5' wide concrete sidewalks between exiting sidewalks, ADA pedestrian ramps, crosswalks, curb, gutter, adjustments to storm drain inlets, and signage. The work will be completed along the side of existing street within three (3) separate Areas of the City. In addition, the project requires replacement of existing driveway approaches, driveway aprons, mailboxes, and the removal and salvage of existing fencing and hardscape to allow room for new improvements and that will be replaced by the property owners. It will also include excavation, importing of base material, compaction, and final preparation of the existing ground for constructing. The Work will be completed in all respects by November 1, 2022. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. For information concerning the proposed Work, contact Al Haun, al.haun@jacobs.com, Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
