SSA requires a contractor to design, build, and install miscellaneous mechanical components throughout the SSA’s Frank Hagel Federal Building in Richmond, California. The Contract is anticipated to provide all design, materials, tools, labor, and supervision necessary to supply and install a bypass assembly and strainer on 16” condenser line, ground water storage tank refurbishing, condenser backflow relocation, fire-system pressure tanks, AHU repairs, water installation of nine government supplied (new) water meters and connection to existing system, replacement of heat exchangers and compressors in mechanical room spaces, repair/replace pumps and check-valves in heating system. The period of performance would be approximately 194 calendar days from contract award.
