| Description | Separate Bid Packages General Construction Electrical Contract TE1-G-17 - GENERAL, consists of, but is not limited to include the demolition and reconstruction of the main and wading pools and decking. Install a new concrete 1,800 sqft main pool with stainless steel gutter, a 180 sqft wading pool, PVC liner for both pools, new filtration systems for both pools, new chemical feed systems, surge tank, pool deck, a 10 FT addition to the main building and fencing. Construction of new ADA bathroom, installation of new tanks/pumps/drains/piping, installation of new pool equipment and appurtenances. Contract TE1-E-17 - Electrical, consists of, but is not limited to include a new 120 amp 3ph sub Panel, motor starters, reconnection of exiting circuits, new lighting and out lets for the Storage Room and Chemical feed systems, wiring of new ADA bathroom and Bonding of the entire system. The successful Bidder can start work on March 26, 2018 and shall be completed by June 30, 2018. | ||||||||||||
