Description | Scope of Work: A. The project scope for the 1st floor includes the removal of old floor covering and the installation of new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) floor covering for 1st floor main corridors and select office/conference rooms and open office areas. The project also consists of the removal of the existing black cove base and beige wall corner guards and the installation of new cove base and corner guards for all wall corners. B. The project scope for the 4th floor includes the removal of old floor covering and the installation of new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) floor covering in the main corridors and select storage/conference rooms and open office areas throughout the entire floor level. The project also consists of the removal of the existing beige cove base and beige wall corner guards and the installation of new cove base and corner guards for all wall corners. C. The project scope for the 4th floor also includes the removal of old floor covering and cove base and the installation of new cloth floor covering and cove base in all office and select conference rooms throughout the entire floor level. D. Total project bid to include the pricing for labor, tools, equipment, materials and services to paint all interior office area wall surfaces and corridors, door and widow trims, and accents as highlighted on Attachments 1 and 2. E. Pricing is inclusive of supply and installation, permit and inspections if required, removal of demolition debris/material from site to an approved dumping facility pedestrian traffic control, and clean-up of debris. F. All furniture and accessory moving will be completed by the contractor in coordination with a schedule of room/area priorities as agreed upon by the Contractor and Owner. G. Pricing will include furniture and accessory moving required to remove old and install new floor covering, cove base and wall corner guards throughout the designated 1st and 4th floor levels. H. Wall Hangings and personal memorabilia will be moved by the Owner/Office Room occupants. |
