Question Cuttoff Date & Time 7/25/2022 04:30:00 PM (ET) It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to procure a contract for reroofing of the Blount County, TN Public Library, 508 N. Cusick St., Maryville, TN 37804 as detailed herein. PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Blount County, Maryville, Tennessee - Reroof Existing Blount County Public Library 2022. Bids may be entered electronically through Blount County Purchasing Department's website: https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Written bids are acceptable and shall be submitted to Blount County Purchasing Department, Blount County Courthouse Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906. Electronic copies of the Drawings and Specifications may be downloaded via the Blount County Purchasing Department's website at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Hard copies may be obtained from C2RL, Inc., Engineers, 240 W. Bessemer St., Alcoa, TN, 37701. There is no charge for electronic versions. Printed copies are $50/set, non-refundable. The Contract Times will commence to run on the thirtieth day after the Effective Date of the Agreement or, if a Notice to Proceed is given, on the day indicated in the Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed may be given at any time within 30 days after the Effective Date of the Agreement. In no event will the Contract Times commence to run later than the sixtieth day after the day of Bid opening or the thirtieth day after the Effective Date of the Agreement, whichever date is earlier.
