Drainage Improvements, Duluth National Guard

This Request for Bid (RFB) is to provide Drainage Improvements, Duluth National Guard Armory . Cost includes all supplies, labor, materials, equipment, travel, mobilization, and incidentals necessary for successful completion of work. Specifications shown in Exhibit C. Any question and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Cassandra Jensen, cassandra.m.jensen@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Cassandra Jensen in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than August 17, 2022, 2:00 p.m. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
