Micro Focus Levels 1-3 Remodel

The project will consist of remodeling portions of Level 1, 2 and 3. The area impacted by the remodel is approx. 125,000 SF. This includes office space, open work areas, break room, executive conference facilities, computer lab, and misc. support space. *The ownership of this project is asking that we track the amount of waste that we are throwing away as well as recycling. In an attempt to go green they're aiming for the maximum amount of recycling as possible. In your bids please plan to accommodate this request from the owner. With your lump sum amount, please provide a line item separated called "waste documentation" that I can show to the owner that will inform them that we're doing our best to meet their desires. *Addendum #1 has been released from the architect. Please review the narrative, specifications, and drawings and continue your proposals accordingly. The majority of scopes are affected by this addendum. Within your proposal, please note your acknowledgement of addendum #1. *ADDENDUM #2 (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Alarm) We just received Addendum #2 from the architect. This addendum only narrates small changes to the mechanical and electrical scopes. Please review the addendum and acknowledge it on your proposals.
