| Description | The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the removal of existing lighting and installation of new lighting as outlined in the Lighting Plan construction drawing for the Brunswick Library, located at 208 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, Georgia 31520. The selected vendor shall be required to remove and properly dispose of the existing light fixtures in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. The Contractor agrees to commence the project included in this Contract on a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed and shall be fully completed within a period of Fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Resden Talbert at rtalbert@glynncounty-ga.gov no later than September 13th, 2022 |
