Janitorial Services - Rusk Location

This solicitation is to establish a contract for Janitorial services for the TxDOT Rusk Maintenance Office Janitorial Services of approximately 2,894 Sq Ft to include weekly buffing of vinyl floors (approximately 1,820 Sq Ft) Service Location: 1819 S Dickenson Dr. Rusk, TX 75785 Stripping and waxing vinyl tile floors approximately 1,820 Sq Ft, every quarter or as needed. Service Location: 1819 S Dickenson Dr. Rusk, TX 75785 Term of Service: The initial term of one year commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and expires on March 20, 2024 with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion.
