Katy ISD 2023 Renovations - Exterior and Interior Lighting Retrofits, and Life Systems Upgrades

Final day for questions is Friday February 4, 2022; 5:00 PM No proposal may be withdrawn within 30 days after the proposal opening without the specific written consent of Katy ISD. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND: A Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the potential Contract Sum, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract will be required. Please note that all bonding companies presented must be acceptable to Katy ISD. QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS: Proposers are required to comply with certain procedures as enumerated in the Instructions to Proposers regarding qualification of Proposers. The prevailing rates of wages are the minimums that must be paid in conformance with all applicable laws of the State of Texas. All Contractors submitting a proposal are encouraged to attend the proposal opening. As a precaution for all individuals and companies, Katy ISD is requesting that only one representative from each company delivers the sealed bids to the district.
