| Description | Work consist of providing and installing new mechanical equipment in various locations for air conditioning of the existing building. Mechanical Construction contract includes new condensing units for existing unit ventilators, new roof top units with ductwork, new mini-split systems, and new HVAC web-based control systems. Electrical Construction contract includes branch circuit power for all new HVAC systems and modification to fire alarm systems. General Construction contract includes roof curbs, equipment supports, structural reinforcing of roof, concrete pads with gates/fencing, and ceiling modifications for the running of ductwork, condensate lines, and electrical infrastructure. In addition, the Electrical Construction contract at New Eagle Elementary School includes new electrical service upgrade with new MDP, new power distribution for new electrical panels. |
