Description

The scope of architectural and engineering (A/E) services pursued through this contract will include planning, engineering, construction management, and program support services for alternative delivery projects. More specifically, the scope includes the following: professional general engineering consultant services; planning, engineering, including highway, hydraulic, structure, traffic, signal, geotechnical, pavement, utility, and others as needed; project management; estimating; construction engineering, inspection, and management; permitting and compliance; environmental review, oversight, and document preparation; public communications and strategic outreach; small and disadvantaged business outreach, development, support, and monitoring; soil testing; subsurface utility exploration; survey/data collection; landscape architecture; independent design and construction auditing and quality assurance; highway operations and maintenance; tolling; and traffic and revenue studies.
