| Description | Replace an existing access hatch and repair of various concrete beams in the Maintenance Building of the Water Pollution Control Facility. The existing access hatch between the first floor and the basement of the Maintenance Building is inoperable and a safety issue. This existing 4’-0” x 9’-0” floor hatch between the first floor and basement of the Maintenance Building is the only means to move equipment and materials between the two floors. This access hatch is part of the original building construction and is approximately 50 years old and must be replaced. |
