Customer Side Water Service Replacement Project

** As of 12/1/20 project is in the process of being rebid. ** NOTE: It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Borough of Alpha. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. This bid has been advertised in accordance with the "Fair and Open Basis" and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4).
