Short Street Sewer Basin Improvements Phase II

The Project contemplated consists of installation of new sewer lines and manholes, sewer rehabilitation by pipe bursting, reconnection of sewer services, installation of sewer service lines, and associated work. The Work will be completed in all respects within 240 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Bid shall be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a penal Bid bond. Contractors and Subcontractors, in order to perform public work in the State of Tennessee, are required to hold State of Tennessee Contractor's Licenses of the class required to perform the specified Work. The City of Maryville does not discriminate based on race, color, or national origin in federal or state approved programs, pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d). Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
