This Project Contains Asphalt and Fuel Escalation Clauses. This Project Contains a 5% Dbe Goal. Project Description: Construct sidewalk infill and curb ramps on the north side of OR 202 from MP 0.33 to MP 1.52 in Astoria. In addition the project will grind out and inlay the full width of pavement, widen bicycle lanes and add storm-water drainage system as needed. The goals of this IDP are to outline appropriate communication and protocol, to minimize construction delays and costs when cultural resources are discovered inadvertently during project construction, and to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal cultural resources laws.
