Hill Student Center 3rd Floor Career Services Renovation

The work for this project is Interior construction for business offices. The gross area of the space is 2,200 square feet. There will be some demolition of existing metal stud partitions, suspended ceiling and carpet. New partitions shall be aluminum storefront and painted gypsum board over metal studs with insulation. Finish floor shall be carpet tile glued to concrete slab. Much of the existing suspended ceiling will remain. There shall millwork for storage and for reception. Mechanical shall tie to exhibiting supply and return. Existing LED ceiling fixtures, will be removed in demolition and will be re-used. A few specialty fixtures will be added in the ceiling. Electrical and data shall tie to existing panels located nearby. New Plumbing for lavatory will be included in new countertop in the Lactation Room. Sprinklers shall tie to existing fire suppression system. Furniture is not included in contract.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
