A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Description: The Escambia County (FL) Board of County Commissioners ("County") is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to shortlist potential development teams (Respondent or Developer) interested in purchasing and developing approximately 539 acres of land known as Outlying Landing Field (OLF) 8. OLF8 is located on Nine Mile Road, adjacent to the Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) complex, in the Beulah area of Pensacola, Florida.
