| Description | For New Hope Borough Parks Landscape Upkeep and Maintenance Program The fixed price sealed bid shall be for contracted work for landscaping and monthly maintenance at Lenape Park, Ferry Landing Park, Randolph Street Park and the New Hope Visitors Center. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly identified with the bidder s name, project name and the owner s name on the outside of the envelope, and must include as enclosures the required Bid Security and Proof of Insurance detailed in the Bid Specifications. The New Hope Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and to exercise its judgment as to the comparative merits of the products or services offered. Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of ninety (90) days after the Bid Closing Date. |
