Description

Construction of the Roof Replacement Project for Architectural Demonstration & Research Facility at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia. The project is generally described as a tear-off and replacement of approximately13,200 SF of existing fully adhered EPDM roof with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, including new insulation and flashings, and fall protection system. All this work to be completed as required for a complete watertight roof system.
