Supplemental Purchase of Reinforced Concrete Pipe on a Six (6) Month Contract. Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive informal written Quotes from qualified suppliers for the Supplemental Purchase of Reinforced Concrete Pipe on a Six (6) Month Contract with four (4) renewal options for the Department of Water Resources.
