Description

Install replacements for two (2) existing natural gas/fuel oil hydronic boilers and associated pumps which serve the heating load for the Hazel Center (HC). Most of the heat load was taken off these original boilers in 2016 after the installation of a geothermal system in Brunkhorst Hall (BH) and Maner Technology Center (MTC). The boilers are now oversized for HC. The proposed replacements will be smaller and more efficient.
