Description Replacement or refurbishing components of the Wastewater and Lift Station System. The wastewater line work will include: 1) cleaning and television inspection of approximately 24,000 LF of sewer mains up to 18 IN and 1,500 LF of 24 IN sewer main, as well as smoke testing of approximately 1,000 LF of all size mains. 2) vacuum testing of 21 manholes, demolition and replacement of 3 brick manholes with precast concrete manholes, removal of approximately 100 SF of precast manhole liner, repair and coating of approximately 300 SF of manholes. 3) Install approximately 300 LF of cured in place liner on 6 & 8 IN gravity WW main and 300 LF of 18 IN WW main, Six-point repairs 12 IN to 18 IN SDR26 mains, install 2 end of line cleanouts, replace 5 vented MH covers with solid manhole cover, replace approximately 175 LF of 6 IN & 8 IN PVC SDR26 by open cut, replace 6 short side - 4 IN services and 6 long side 4 IN services with cleanouts and concrete guards, install 5 clean out guards, replace 3 existing 2 IN sewer air release valves on existing force mains, and diversion and groundwater pumping and pavement repair, as needed. 4) Lift Station work at 5 Lift Stations (Bandera, Barbara Mae, Marwood, Redmond, and Walmart) includes installing 4 new level transducers with SCADA configuration, cleaning, repairing and coating 4 Lift Stations, installing piping modifications, two skid mounted self-priming pumps, air release valve, 16 IN driveway culvert at Marwood, and installing 3 new flow meters. Goals for Minority Participation for each Trade: 27.3% Goals for Female Participation in each Trade: 6.9%
