Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work during duty hours of 8 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern time except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the Contracting Officer (CO). Work shall comply with Veterans Affairs (VA) Specifications and regulations, all applicable Federal, State and Local codes, including specific regulations related to working at Northport VAMC. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside procurement. All prospective bidders must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov), with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are verified verified/visible/certified in VetBiz (www.vetbiz.va.gov) at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
