Coordinate planting periods with initial maintenance periods to provide required maintenance from date of Substantial Completion Fall Planting before November 15, 2023 Spring Planting after April 1, 2024 Work outlined in this Section includes all work necessary for the removal, packaging, transporting, and disposing of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and asbestos-containing waste materials (ACWM) impacted during demolition activities (the Work) to occur at the Osterville Community Center located between st Avenue and Lovell Road in Osterville, Massachusetts (the Site). B. Work shall be performed by a MADLS-licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor (the Contractor) with certified Asbestos Workers and Supervisor(s). Training shall be in accordance with MADLS Regulation 454 CMR 28.00. Alternately, work involving the removal of non-friable, asphaltic roofing may be performed by workers with (minimum) 8-hour asbestos-awareness training specific to Category I non-friable, asbestos-containing, asphaltic roofing removal.
